DESCRIPTION:Annual General Meeting: \nThe Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday\, June 2\, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1275\, Mississauga Valley Blvd\,  Community Centre\, Mississauga. This will be a hybrid meeting\, allowing members to attend either in person or via Zoom. The Zoom link and relevant details will be shared two weeks prior to the meeting.  \nAnnual Picnic: \nWe are excited to invite you to our annual picnic at1275\, Mississauga Valley Blvd.\, Community Park on Saturday\, August 16\, 2025\, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Join us for a fun-filled day with delicious food\, refreshing beverages\, and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow OSTBA members.  \nAnnual Membership Fee: \nThe membership fee of $15.00 for 2025 will be taken from your deposit on or before March 15\, 2025 and if you do not have enough money in your deposit\, please arrange to make a deposit as soon as possible. Additionally\, we plan to increase the annual membership fee to $25.00 starting in 2026\, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.  \nFinancial Update: \nWe are pleased to report that OSTBA currently holds a healthy bank balance of $86\,000 in deposits.  \nMembership Growth: \nOur membership continues to grow.
